• Provide support to the Sr HR Manager, HR business partners, and all employees.
• Manage all aspects of HR administration, including mail triage and filing, ensuring seamless operations.
• Assist the payroll team to ensure a good payroll execution.
• Manage Protime by creating accounts for new employees.
• Generate HR data and reports using advanced HR systems like Protime, eBlox, and SuccessFactors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Business Administration
• Mastering HR processes, administering HR topics, and providing effective support to HR Managers with proven efficiency.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a must
• Possessing deep knowledge to ensure compliance and protect your company.
• Capable of working harmoniously with local management, union representatives, and all internal and external contacts in a formal environment.
