They rely on us to create and lead on winning programmes, to produce results in a clear, accessible format and to support them as they interpret the findings. This means that the Ipsos Observer Researchers work in close partnership with UK and global key accounts as well as smaller clients, on anything from Omnibus studies to large scale multi-mode programmes.What will I be doing?As a Graduate Research Executive, you’ll be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset – thrown straight into working on live projects for some of our clients. You will gain exposure to a variety of research approaches, whilst working alongside industry experts:

  • Manage all aspects of project lifecycle, from initial set-up and scheduling, to liaising and negotiating with internal and external fieldwork suppliers, to delivery
  • Join client briefing calls/meetings to understand a client’s objectives and advise on the most appropriate methodology and approach
  • Be a point of contact for clients on project-related matters, taking a proactive approach to understand the client’s business and enhancing the relationship
  • Develop questionnaires based on a client’s outline or objectives, challenge as required, advise on content and structure and best practice

  • Have excellent hands-on project management skills
  • Have strong time management and organisational skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Good communication skills and the ability to tailor to suit the specific audience or message
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with a desire to produce the best outputs possible – taking ownership of all tasks and ensure deliver
