SCRUM Master

Basingstoke – On site 5 days per week

Your role.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead an existing Scrum team already following SAFe Agile methodologies to meet customer deadlines in rapidly changing environment.

Your role will involve leveraging previous proven experience to provide advice, input & support as required across the delivery team, particularly in the areas of design, agile delivery, programme management and service implementation and transition.

You will need to support Agile sprint management by orchestrating, leading and administering agile ceremonies including sprint planning; daily stand-ups; end-of-sprint show and tell and retrospective events

Your experience

  • Managing Timelines Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.

  • Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

  • Deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.

  • Support the Product Owner and the Teams in finding techniques for backlog prioritization & conflict resolution to maximize value.

  • Ensure that impediments are identified and removed by the development teams and the Product Owner and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.

  • Work with other Agile Team Coaches and colleagues on fostering the cultural change – grow together and be better tomorrow, establish an environment where trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility and fun are main attributes.

This role will require you to obtain / hold a high level of Security Clearance prior to commencing the role.
