Technical Project Manager – Manufacturing Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a vital role in our Technical Project Management team within the Pharmaceutical Development Services (PDS) department. Collaborating closely with other departments such as manufacturing workshops, analytical development, project management, packaging, supply chain, and validation, you will manage the technical aspects of assigned projects. Your exceptional skills in successfully implementing new products on our production lines will ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities:

• Take full technical responsibility for assigned projects

• Collaborate closely with clients, offering expert advice and enhancing formulation and manufacturing processes to smoothly transition to commercial scale.

• Participate in technology transfer between client sites and our PDS department

• Contribute to the manufacturing of pre-clinical and clinical batches

• Prepare technical documentation, including test protocols, registration protocols, and process specifications for process validation

• Perform pharmaceutical/galenic development studies on new products, using a Quality by Design approach and experimental plans.

• Analyze and present results, providing technical recommendations for further investigations

• Generate, assess, and evaluate scientific and technical data, and prepare development reports

• Contribute to defining new capabilities for PDS and manufacturing workshops

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Galenic Development, Process Development, or Packaging

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
