Keeperz is currently searching for a new housekeeping manager for our housekeeping department at Zoku Copenhagen. Zoku Copenhagen is a Award-winning business hotel with 160 apartments located next to DR-Byen at Amager.We are looking for a housekeeping manager with high energy, great communication skills & a “Yes we can – attitude”. A person who do not compromise quality and works systematically with the team to improve every day.Experience from housekeeping as either housekeeping manager or supervisor is a must.The job is a fulltime position and includes working every 2. weekend.Working hours are mostly 8.30 – 16.30 & every 2. weekend 09.00 – 17.00The main tasks would be:

• Opening & closing – preparing working papers
• Check rooms & public area cleaning
• Give feedback, train & motivate the team
• Ensure a good work environment
• Ordering and managing stock
• Daily- and weekly planning
• Procedure check

We are looking for a manager who lead by example and manage and motivate the team from the corridors/rooms not from the office.
