Your role will be crucial in covering business needs and ensuring successful analysis and documentation, while driving the adoption of MDM practices, and improving processes to deliver high-quality data. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering value through data and is eager to contribute to our organization’s growth and success.You will be part of a team consisting of 10 colleagues. About the jobIn your new position as a In your new position as a Senior Master Data Business Analyst, you will be working with:
- Requirements Management: Understand business goals, derive master data ambitions,
unveil hidden data needs, and translate them into data requirements. Participate in delivery
of requirements and act as quality assurance. * Data Analysis: Lead cross-functional business and data analysis, coordinating within theteam and with other teams. Uncovering pains and identifying opportunities. * Governance: Implement global Master Data Governance and data standards acrossbusiness units and markets. * Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Ensure close alignment withbusiness stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and Master Data Owner/Stewards. * Support Stewardship Community: Actively engage with Master Data Stewards, facilitatemeetings and Domain Master Data forums. * Quality Monitoring: Create and utilize quality dashboards to facilitate conversationsaround the quality and to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure uplift.We love diversity and we encourage people with all kinds of backgrounds to apply for the job, but

the position requires on-site presence in Copenhagen.About youWe are looking for a senior profile with a high drive and curiosity to enable better Master Data Management and Master Data Quality.
- You enjoy engaging with stakeholders and translate business needs into relevant master data
deliverables. * You are comfortable working with requirements related to processes & organization,systems & integrations and especially data quality. * You are good at planning and coordinating deliverables. Some you will manage and developyourself; others will be co-created together with colleagues in the team. * You are used to incorporating many perspectives in your work, you consider the end-to-end impactand the full data flow. It comes natural to you, to ask ‘why’. * You have a strong focus on impact and business value. If you have experience connecting datause cases with measurable business impact, it will be an advantage. * You have proficiency within Data Management and Data Governance. If you have experiencewithin Master Data Management, it will also be an advantage. * You know your way around Power BI and know how to use it as input for dialogue on data quality.
- You have worked with modern data management tools or MDM platforms.
- You strive to work smarter by embracing digital opportunities whether it is using our own Falck
GPT to support your work, automating data cleansing with robots, or improving data entries by
applying data quality assurance practices. * You have great experience in working between business and IT. Maybe you have worked as aData Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or Data Governance Specialist. * The ideal candidate has domain knowledge across the entire value chain; commercial, operations,financial, HR and other group functions.About usThe Data function is where data is turned into information in Falck. We are four different teams working with: Data & Analytics, Master Data, Strategic Automation and Power Platform & AI Services. In the entire function we are 90+ data specialists working in Copenhagen and Warsaw.The Master Data Team is an international team with good energy and high spirits. We respect each other’s differences and spend many lunches discussing shared interests. We are an animal-loving team that can always be won over with good snacks and cake.The team has existed for almost 3 years and has grown every year. We work in an agile way, using Azure DevOps, and we have a Master Data-specialized Scrum Master. We are a strategic team that aims to enable the business and group functions through governance, data quality, standardization, and principles.
