Estimating Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator to join an established Tier 1 main contractor! Winning multiple awards for its developments and expanding its team and portfolio into new sectors it’s an exciting time to join the team.

As Administrator you will be providing a range of specialist and general administrative duties to the Estimating team .

Your day to say responsibilities will include:

* Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered to Estimating team

* Screen incoming mail, telephone calls and emails on behalf of team and manage all appropriate correspondence

* Produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations, as required utilising MS Office

* Undertake multi diary management and plan schedules in diaries to optimise the working time of allocated team

* Arrange and attend team meetings/conferences as required, to take minutes, and ensure appropriate facilities are organised

* Coordinating meeting/training room bookings

* Perform ad hoc confidential project work, as required

* Prepare and track personal expenses and other ancillary expenditure

* Maintain accurate and secure paper based/electronic filing systems, including archiving

* Maintain full confidentiality of sensitive business issues

* Book travel and accommodation arrangements for team

* Support the work of other Administrators and Executive Assistant during periods of absence or unexpected high volumes of work activity

* Ordering stationery and general office supplies

The ideal candidate will be fully conversant in MS Office to produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and the ability to work across teams as well as being highly organised and able to work on own initiative.
