is seeking applications for

a highly organised and efficient PA to provide

comprehensive administrative support to GEC member.  This role is being offered on 14-month contract and will be based in our Dublin office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the executive’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential files and records. You will also be required to prepare reports, draft correspondence, and handle any other administrative tasks as assigned. Additionally, you will need to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

We offer hybrid working in Royal London Ireland. As PA to the CEO there will be an ask for flexibility in relation to in-office days to mirror those of the CEO.

About the role

-Organise and manage meetings (internal and external).
-Make travel arrangements for Ireland CEO and team as required.  
-Efficient and proactive management of CEO’s diary – making best use of their time taking into account meeting preparation and paper review slots.
-Ensure all relevant information and documentation is available and distributed in advance of meetings.
-Act as key point of contact for CEO, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
-Take ownership of communications in the absence of the CEO using own knowledge or referring matters to members of the management team.
-Support the wider Leadership Team with booking meetings/diary managements as required.
-Minute-taking at meetings.
 

About you

-IT literate with strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of content management tools.
-Internet savvy with an ability to perform business and technical research.
-Previous PA experience at Board or Executive Support levels.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
