Pernod Ricard has an ambitious 2030 Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) roadmap, aligned with the United Nations SDGs, focusing on nurturing terroir, valuing people, circular making, and responsible hosting.

Your key missions:

  • You will prioritize features and enhancements that address S&R, CSRD, and ESG reporting commitments.
  • You will explore innovative solutions with a positive social and environmental impact and will champion sustainable practices within the product development process.
  • You will ensure transparency in product features, impact assessments, and compliance efforts.
  • Demand Management : you will gather new demands to be integrated into the backlogs and translate them into Features and User stories. 
  • Backlog management : You will prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.
  • Product Lifecycle management : You will contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and GBPO’s inputs. Drive system demo activities and roll-out plan in collaboration with the Business Process Owners and the Proximity teams. Track product performance and value realization upon defined KPI’s.
  • Product catalog management: You will ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updates
  • Incident management: you will Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolution
  • Resource management : You will estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilization
  • IFTM : you will provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Product’s ROI and costs

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!  

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, political science or engineering.
  • You have a 5+ years proven track record of managing large-scale programs or projects, animating internal local engagement, communication planning, and performance monitoring. 
  • You have a good understanding of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks, preferably CSRD or GRI, SAS, TCFD.
  • You have a relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders including senior management
  • You are fluent in both French and English.
