Admissions & Facilities OfficerFull Time/ FTC until October 31st 2024£25,526 – £27,891 pro rataBased at Borehmawood CampusStart date – August 2024We have an opportunity at our Borehamwood Campus as an Admissions & Facilities Officer. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, external organisations, and the public. Your role will include welcoming visitors, managing reception, issuing badges and permits, handling cash payments, and supporting the college’s enrolment and marketing events. You will also ensure that classrooms and common areas are well-maintained, safe, and secure.We seek a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience and a good level of education. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
