Zakres obowiązków:Provide customer service in German;Contact customers via chat, emails (90%) and phone (10%);Resolve customer issues related to;Providing support for records management;Building positive relationships with customers.Oczekiwania:
- Fluency in German (C1);
- Proficient use of mobile tools (laptop, phone);
- Openness to shift work.
Oferta:
- Salary – PLN 50 gross/hour;
- Civil contract;
- Shift work – from Monday to Sunday;
- Stationary work from Warsaw;
- Working hours: 9am to 1pm;
