Roles and Responsibilities:

* Provide personalised support to students with SEN, following established programs to foster independence and meet educational goals.

* Observe, evaluate, and document student progress, contributing to behaviour management strategies in line with school policy.
* Participate in various school responsibilities, including attending staff meetings, ensuring student well-being, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with curriculum-related duties as required.
Requirements:
* Relevant NVQ2 or equivalent qualification.
* At least 1 year of experience as a teaching or classroom assistant.
* Up-to-date knowledge of educational practices related to the welfare, safety, and education of children.
* Strong ability to build positive relationships with children and adults.
* Adaptable, motivated, and emotionally resilient team player.
