We are seeking a Commercial Excellence and Operations Analyst, a global role within the Lifesciences Strategy & Marketing team. This role is a strategic business partner to UTEC Commercial organization by understanding their and their teams’ needs and developing commercial solutions to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability, with a focus on the following areas:

  • Commercial Excellence
  • Business Operations
  • Business Intelligence

Commercial Excellence and Operations Analyst will also be the business owner for our CRM solution, participating in the transition from SFDC to MS Dynamics and orchestrating a strong vision for MS Dynamics enhancements, including customer data governance and related analytics platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Excellence
  • Delivery of Sales analytics and management of Commercial KPIs.
  • Contribute to building dashboard to monitor Sales effectiveness using KPI’s and provide regular reports to management.
  • Drive and support UT commercial leaders on the deployment and continuous improvement around funnel management.
  • Improve and sustain the forecasting process.
  • Commercial Operations
  • Leading the development of commercial operation strategies and its continuous improvement by driving standard work / best practice implementation, tools adoption and analytics deployment.
  • Own the deployment of Sales Excellence systems to have insights across the customer journey from lead, prospects to customer conversion.
  • Co-lead transition from Salesforce CRM to Microsoft Dynamics ensuring that SFDC structure and historical data is transferred into Dynamics
  • Drive process improvements via systemic and sustainable solutions to connect financial Oracle ERP with Dynamics CRM system.
  • Lead efforts to enhance/refine Market and Customer Segmentation and Territory Planning tools.
  • Identification of quick wins & activation of playbook (winnings therapeutic modalities & customers segments…).
  • Guide the team to deliver Sales Incentive scheme structures and assist in Modelling outcomes, Communication of Schemes and Commission Statements to individuals.
  • Build tracking mechanism for On time delivery and past-due backlog.
  • Business Intelligence
  • Integration of business acquisitions into Lifesciences vertical Commercial standard way of working and applying Donaldson’s best practices.
  • Guide the team in the migration development, enhancement, and execution of CRM with dashboards and reports to improve field sales and marketing insights.
  • Responsible for planning, coordination, execution of CRM module to manage Drug Spec-in and design-in insights.
  • Ensure sustainable solution for Data Governance and perform analysis to assess data quality.
  • Provide proactive feedback on process improvements needs. Lead or participate to implementation.

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering with Sales operations background.
  • 3-5 years work experience and involvement in development of profitable commercial strategies.
  • High level of entrepreneurial spirit and drive with excellent communication skills. Presenting ideas effectively to audiences of variable size and composition (including training, dealing with top management internally and potentially for being exposed to external customers).
  • Problem-solving skills and strong analytical capability.
  • Financial acumen: Experience producing budgets and forecasts.
  • Prior exposure to Bioprocess market is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize projects in a dynamic matrixed environment.
  • Effective leadership capability to influence, empower, motivate and develop others.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel advanced skills (pivot tables, formulas) mandatory. CRM preferably SFDC / MS Dynamics. Oracle is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral). French or other European languages are a plus.

Travel: occasional international travel, the position is located in Nivelles, Belgium.
