Job description

Responsibilities :

• HR Business Partnering with functions for Belgium and various countries across Europe
• Generating employment contracts and managing Human Resources processes
• Processing employee changes in the HR Information System
• Handling employee questions and enquiries
• Overseeing the recruitment process and support for assigned areas, which includes sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources
• Other general Human Resources Generalist tasks and supporting project work

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or master
• Prior between 2- 4 yeares relevant work experience required
• Understanding of Employee Relations issues
• Ability to work office-based
• Previous recruiting experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Minimum good level of Dutch language is required
