Administration Assistant

Location: Stowmarket, IP14 1SZ

Salary: A£11.44 per hour

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Icanho is a clinical setting providing rehabilitation to adults who have had an acquired brain injury. The centre is open Monday to Friday and your working hours would be between 8.30am to 4.30pm spread across 3-4 days

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their small and friendly admin team on a short term 6 month contract to support them through a busy time as they implement a new electronic patient recording system.

Skills and Qualification

* You will need to have comprehensive IT skills and knowledge including Excel along with a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
* Experience in a health care setting is desirable but not essential
* Most importantly, alongside good all-round administrative skills, is a personable attitude, good telephone manner, the willingness to learn and the ability to work under pressure.
* You must have the ability to undertake a wide range of tasks including working on reception, typing, and data management.

You will be joining an experienced administrative team and will be supporting and working alongside a wider team of clinicians.
