Tasks & responsibilities

  • In your new role, you’ll help shape the BPE strategy, manage our processes and tools, share knowledge, participate in team decisions, stay current with industry trends, and meet company supply needs.

  • Furthermore, you will drive the BPE transformation through the network. You will have matrix reporting from the Local BPE Heads while guiding and inspiring the local teams.

  • You will provide support to the respective network manager through managing the tier boards, and possibly other BPE related projects and activities.

  • You will drive the network organization’s business process improvement efforts, including identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing data, and guiding the teams towards implementing effective solutions.

  • Through coaching and providing training the employees will know how to apply process improvement methodologies and tools

  • Finally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, encouraging innovation, and recognizing and celebrating process excellence achievements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, sciences, and/or Engineering from accredited school

  • Black Belt or Green belt certification

  • Proven practical experience in process improvement, LEAN manufacturing by applying, teaching, and coaching Continuous Improvement techniques.

  • Experience in leading international teams (solid line reporting or in matrix) and complex projects

  • Ability to be creative, innovative and develop potential resolutions to project and business obstacles.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and demonstrated proficiency with project management.
