We don’t want to be a cog in the machine for our clients, we want to be the evangelists, showing them what good looks like.If you’re a visionary in the realm of DevOps, Cloud, Cloud-native, or CI/CD, and you’re eager to lead a team while also joining technical projects at our customers, we want you to join our team as an experienced DevOps Team Lead and Consultant in either our Copenhagen or Aarhus offices.Why you?You possess DevOps, Cloud/Cloud-native, or CI/CD expertise and have a visionary mindset that allows you to anticipate emerging trends and rapidly explore new tools and technologies. You have demonstrated project leadership experience and the ability to drive projects internally and externally. In this role, your time will be split between supporting your team and customers, and 20% of your time will be reserved for self-learning and upskilling.Responsibilities:

  • Driving projects and culture: Lead projects internally and externally, contributing to the success of our clients and our team.
  • People management: Conduct one-on-one sessions and Personal Development Talks (PDTs) to support individual growth, well-being, and career development. Conduct salary raise process with employees. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Recruitment: Conduct job interviews and discuss salary with candidates during the hiring process.
  • Goal setting and team accountability: Monitor OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and track team members’ contributions towards achieving them, ensuring alignment with our goals and purpose.
  • Facilitate team engagement: Organize and facilitate team Friday meetings, events, and off-hours activities to promote team collaboration.
  • Sales and Marketing collaboration: Collaborate with Sales to manage incoming job opportunities and understand client needs. Partner with Marketing to coordinate outreach initiatives such as blog posts and meetups. Align with the Business team to stay informed about market trends and client requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership experience: Leadership experience is required, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and areas of work.
  • Have expertise in DevOps, Cloud/Cloud native, or CI/CD: you are experienced in solving problems and coaching others to improve in some of these areas.
  • Have a visionary mindset: you can anticipate emerging trends and rapidly explore new tools and technologies.
  • Present project leadership experience: drive projects internally and externally, contributing to the success of our clients and our team.
  • Nurture a knowledge-sharing mindset: champion a culture of learning and collaboration, extracting insights from customer experiences to benefit the broader community.
  • Showcase communication, people, and customer-related skills: eagerness and ability to communicate ideas in English, enjoy working with people and customers and supporting them to improve their work.
