Our role on the global market is to deliver innovation, supporting our creativity with sound technical and scientific expertise.Would you like to be part of the ART team?PositionIn order to implement our Marketing Department, we are looking for a person dedicate to the Powder Category.The ideal candidate will be in charge of identifying and growing business opportunities in the Powder category, presenting innovative ideas and working collaboratively with R&D to deliver quality products on time.We are looking for someone who is a team-player with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key accountabilities:

  • To propose new ideas (in terms of textures, design and shades) and to participate to the improvement of the existing product portfolio
  • To study new launches with R&D (new concepts, new ingredients, new textures…)
  • To stay on top of the latest beauty and lifestyle trends and find opportunities for new products, variations, and ideas
  • To work on shade proposals according to the trends and clients’ brief
  • To maintain and organize the color library
  • To get in contact with Raw Materials suppliers for identifying, selecting and trying new raw material
  • To drive market analysis in order to identify new business opportunities
  • To provide marketing support developing marketing sheets and presenting products to clients
  • To work on new ideas and blue sky projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree as a minimum
  • At least 3 year of experience in make-up product development (color perception and color matching skills together with knowledge of technologies are needed)
  • Good knowledge of English: an additional language will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving and ability to find out solutions
  • Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, ability to define priorities and manage stress in a very dynamic and demanding environment
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work in autonomy
  • Self-motivation and great sense of responsibility

Processed data and methods of processingThe application requires a user profile on the recruitment system used by Art Cosmetics to be made by the applicant. When the applicant sends their first application, an email with a temporary password will be sent in order to access their account for the first time so they can update his/her data and information. The applicant must change the password on first log in.Pursuant to the purposes outlined in Art. 3, the Data Controller processes the following data:first name, surname, email address, telephone number, other data found in the CV and/or application form.The data are processed within the limits strictly necessary to achieve the purposes set out in Art. 3 above, including with the aid of computers.Data processing is carried out with appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, in particular in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, necessity and proportionality.Art. 5. Data preservationThe data are processed and stored at the Data Controller’s head office and on the company tools used (e.g. servers and computers).Some digital files are stored in cloud storage systems (e.g. information exchanged via email and data recorded in the recruitment software used by Art Cosmetics). Suppliers have been selected to ensure data protection and confidentiality.These devices are physically located within the European Union.The Data Controller will keep the personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in Art. 3 above.– a) – Hiring: 12 months after the last change made to the user profile.Some data may also be present in backup systems. In such case, it will not be possible to remove it. We guarantee that in the event of a total erasure of the systems, such data will be anonymised/deleted again.Personal data may be retained for a longer period in the event of any litigation and for as long as the litigation lasts to allow the exercise of the Data Controller’s right of defence.Art. 6.
