Lead a multi-facility organization, supporting the manufacturing of Honeywell’s world class innovative products. You will leverage your extensive manufacturing experience and leadership skills to lead some of the world’s most talented manufacturing organizations. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality across Honeywell Aerospace Repair & Overhaul (R&O) facilities. You will develop strategy, hold teams accountable and drive continuous improvement to deliver high impact business results.

In this role you will jointly report to the Vice President, ISC for Europe, Middle East, Africa, India (EMEAI) who is based in Switzerland, and the Vice President, Global Repair & Overhaul, who is based in Arizona. Additionally, you will be a key member of the EMEAI ISC and the Global R&O leadership teams, charged with achieving operational and strategic goals for the European repair sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards for Safety and Quality are upheld.
  • Drive increasing operational efficiency and yield improvements at all repair sites.
  • Work with Global Repair and Overhaul Engineering (GROE) to develop and implement new repairs and increase re-use of detailed parts.
  • Own, develop, and enhance the Management Operation System (MOS) for the EMEAI R&O sites
  • Define and deploy best practices and standard work
  • Develop breakthrough objectives and be responsible for their successful execution
  • Coach and mentor R&O sites on how to execute performance levels to enable customer satisfaction
  • Be a role model for your team and your colleagues, demonstrating Honeywell Behaviors
  • Drive the operating system focused on Turn Around Time and fidelity of the shipment plan
  • Drive successful Annual Operating Plan attainment with a specific focus on R&O delivery performance
  • Partner with Customer & Product Support, Material Management, Quality, Human Resources, and Finance to achieve AOP goals.

This role can be located at any Aerospace repair location in the UK.
