1- About AXA Group OperationsUnder the leadership of the Group COO & CEO of AXA GO, AXA Group Operations covers the following divisions:§ Group CIO§ Group Technology Operations§ Group Security§ Group Emerging Data & Technology§ Group Procurement & Sourcing§ Group Operations Transformation§ Strategic Programs, Group Operations Finance§ GO General Secretary and Risks§ AXA GO BO (legal entity: AXA Business Services)AXA Group Operations operates across more than 15 countries; and comprises around 7000 staff members.2- Overview of Workplace, Network, Identity Controlling Manager roleIn charge of Cost Controlling of Workplace, Network & Identity IT Products ; Acts as trustful partner for Business (Group CIO Division) and Accounting in all aspects: budgeting, forecasting, expense approval, closing & reporting3- Job Purpose· Coordinate all Cost Controlling activities under scope: budgeting, forecasting, expense approval, closing & reporting· Develop insights & recognized technical expertise on numbers under scope· Manage dedicated Controller Team (7 positions + managed services)· Build trust with Business teams through advice, support and positive challenge· Contribute to strenghten & improve Finance foundations, processes & cultureQualifications1- Leadership Capabilities· Communication skills / ability to establish trust and credibility· Full English proficiency§ Integrity§ Problem solving§ Process focus2- Education & Experience§ Education– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance or economics– Financial skills, understanding of business economics, business case foundations– Proven experience in Controlling– Good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods§ Experience & technical skills5 + years in Finance area
