Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Global Asset Data and Performance Lead who is passionate, customer & result oriented to join us in our Global Physical Asset Management team, based in our Braine-l’Alleud site, in Belgium.About the roleThis role focuses managing access to physical assets data, documentation and information to visualize relevant data and performance data about UCB’s assets all around the world. Data are consolidated and transformed into information in order to facilitate decisions aiming physical asset performance maximization.Who you’ll work withThe team was setup in June 2022 and launched Data and Asset Performance services in March 2023. So, by joining the team, the Data and Asset Performance Lead is part of a changing environment which requires its support to gain in maturity.What you’ll do

  • You enforce data governance policies and best practices, monitor, and analyse data performance metrics to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • You identify trends, patterns and anomalies in data performance and provide actionable insights and optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes to enhance efficiency.
  • You implement data management tools and techniques to improve data processing speed and accuracy.
  • You collaborate with business, data experts and IT to understand needs and requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that support business objectives.
  • You lead the overall aspect of documentation and information platform and data collection according to UCB’s methodology and quality control; you develop and implement the documentation and information roadmap and data collection workflow process.
  • You ensure technical documentation availability, in compliance with data integrity and quality management requirements and data and information sharing related to building management intelligence with local teams and external subcontractors. Define and deploy the building intelligence management strategy.
  • You develop our service by participating to UCB’s methodology modifications, being part of the team while developing our framework and technical knowledge which also includes organization chart, tasks and roles, responsibilities assignments, hiring.
  • You manage and develop the team members (following processes, succession plan, training & coaching).

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills :

  • You possess a Master’s Degree (or equivalent) and 10-year experience in people management in project or support services (with and without authority) and project management.
  • You master data science skills (IT literacy, data analytics, data management, Business Intelligence tools, …) and understand data integrity standards.
  • You have a relevant experience in Stakeholders management.
  • You can influence, to adapt communication to the audience (from the field up to executive), you are customer & result oriented.
  • You are fluent in either French or English and proficient on the other language.
