We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Document Management:

* Maintain and organize project documents, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation and reports.

Communication:

* Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
* Respond to inquiries and provide information as required.
* Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the project team.

Office Management:

* Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and professional.
* Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering and venue setup.

Financial Administration:

* Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
* Process invoices and purchase orders in line with company procedures.
* Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.

Project Coordination:

* Assist in the planning and execution of project-related activities and events.
* Track project timelines and milestones, providing updates to the project manager.
* Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience:

* At least three yeats of proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, within the construction or property industry.
* Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.

Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Familiarity with document management systems and project management software is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
