Then read on!THE ROLEWe are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Financial Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will oversee A/R, A/P, as well as fundamental controllership tasks while managing a team of 3 finance professionals.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management and excellent analytical skills. This position reports directly to the Head of Finance & Control while working closely with the CFO. This is a great opportunity for a junior controller looking to grow or a Senior Accountant looking to step up to a controllership role.YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BYManaging all accounting operations for 4 entities (3 Dutch, 1 US) including Billing, AR, AP, as well as fundamental controllership tasks.Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statementsEnsuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingManaging and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filingsManaging the finance team consisting of 2 Accountants and 1 Finance AssistantHelping with further development/implementation of MS Dynamics modulesDeveloping and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsBooking general accrual and journal entries, including payrollSupporting monthly VAT and other tax filingsPreparing cash flow statements and projectionsManaging internal budgeting and procurement approval workflowsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 5-7 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience preferably in a start up/ scale up
