The Position

As a Process Engineer for raw material and solvents, you will play a key role in the project activities for investigating design, constructability, schedule, and cost for our new purification facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Participating in project activities such as design review, design risk assessments, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)

-Testing and documentation

-Qualification of the Raw material processes

-Implementation of the known solutions as well as new design solutions where relevant.

You will be an integral part of a competent user organization, working closely with engineering partners and collaborating with contractors while supervising their activities. Your expertise will help develop and adhere to standards to ensure structure and transparency. We are open to adjusting the tasks and the level of the position to match your experience.

Qualifications

The qualifications we value include having:

-Experience within Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ideally Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing (API).

-Minimum a bachelor’s level education in in Natural Sciences, engineering or similar.

-Knowledge about technology trends within bulk manufacturing.

-Expertise in design review and qualification of raw material and solvents would be an advantage.

-Proficiency in written and spoken English.

About the department

We are a rapidly growing fermentation department in Novo Nordisk API expansion area. We are designing and validating a new purification facility, together with numerous stakeholders.
