The position 

As a DD&IT PS (Digital, Data & IT Product Supply) API Training Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will: 

-Coordinate and drive excellence in training delivery for API operations

-Develop and implement training programs to ensure the effective use of resources and maintain quality standards

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training materials

-Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes

-Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

-Experience in coordinating and delivering training programs, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment, with relevant experience in training within the GMP area

-Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a strong quality mindset

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and a service-minded approach

-Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles 

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

About the department 

You will be joining Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply API organization, which is responsible for manufacturing insulin and GLP-I based products. Our API manufacturing facilities are among the largest in the world, handling fermentation, recovery, and purification of API. As part of our IT team, you will have the support of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the success of our operations.
