We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to further strengthen our People & Organisation (P&O) team and support our ongoing people and organisational development efforts globally.The position
As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our organisation’s effectiveness and growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the P&O colleagues and leadership teams to identify and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our overall performance and employee engagement.Your knowledge in organisational development, change management, DEI and employee engagement will be crucial in driving a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and innovation in ALK.Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement across areas like performance, employee experience, culture, learning and talent management.
  • Collaborate with P&O colleagues and business stakeholders to design and implement effective programs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership- and talent development initiatives.
  • Design and deliver learning programs, workshops, and interventions to enhance employee skills and capabilities, supporting professional growth and development for talents and leaders.
  • Implement change management strategies to support adoption and integration of key initiatives and enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Analyse, interpret, and present data related to employee engagement surveys, DEI, performance evaluations, and key HR metrics to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for action.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in organisational development and change management, applying relevant methodologies and tools to address key business challenges.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in organisational development and change management from a larger international company, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid development toolbox and capable of independently managing change processes from problem to final solution – i.e., skilled in e.g., analysing, diagnosing, testing, piloting, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing organisational development initiatives, driving measurable improvements in e.g., engagement, performance, DEI, leadership, and talent management.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within designated timeframes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to drive insights and make data-informed decisions.
