Then you could be the Supply Chain Quality Professional we are looking for to join our Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Substance (GCM DS) team.

The position

As Supply Chain Quality Professional, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as Supply Chain Planners, Project Managers and Specialists, to name only a few. You will be an active member of the extended leadership team, and you will be responsible for creating and driving the quality agenda across the whole department. You will report directly to the Director of the department.

You will be assisting the GCM DS Supply Chain department in:

-Identifying and implementing optimization and standardization opportunities to improve both on-boarding and training efficiency in strong collaboration with our central training organization.
-Systematic problem solving (A3) facilitation, handling of deviations and change control requests.
-Writing, updating, and improving standard operating procedures (SOP)
-Ensuring a continuous focus on timely completion of training and quality actions
-Interacting with your supply chain colleagues to learn their processes and help identify critical tasks/processes that requires extra attention.
-Active member of the leadership team

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we imagine you:

-Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other relevant field
-Have a minimum 5 years of experience working with quality, systematic problem solving, and deviation handling.
-Demonstrate an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution
-Can identify improvement opportunities and can execute projects independently and proactively
-Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

About the department

The primary role of GCM DS Supply Chain is to establish supply chains for new external manufacturers and to manage planning responsibilities for manufactures already in operation.

We are a part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organization and are responsible for Novo Nordisk contract and license manufacturing of raw materials, sidechains and drug substances to our Novo Nordisk production sites. You will be exposed to a large part of the Novo Nordisk product portfolio and supply chain organization. Further, you will be joining a team of roughly 23 talented supply chain professionals, who encourage each other’s personal development and value a positive and fun work environment.

Our department is currently located in Søborg, Denmark, with plans of moving to the new Novo Nordisk campus in Taastrup, Denmark, by the end of 2024.
