Team leadership will be the key focus of the role. Moreover, the role will support standardization of OM processes across different markets as well as contribute to general maturity increase of OM service. If challenges of leadership pull at your heartstrings and you enjoy using your expertise to contribute to mutual growth, this is a position for you! – Katarzyna Szunert, Director, Order Management.What you will doLead and develop the order management team and assure its effective performanceEnsure a smooth transition of order management responsibilities to the new teamMonitor key performance indicators and implement Supply Chain strategic goalsEnsure operational efficiency – perfect order fulfilment, reliable production and deliveriesOffer solutions in case of deviations from the supply or logistic planLiaise between team members and managers in daily operationsProvide support in developing and implementing new business processes and work on projects supporting future supply activitiesDevelop effective working relationships and networks with sales, logistics and other supply teamsWorking with an international customer baseWho you areYou hold a Master degree in a relevant field of studies and you have experience in team leadershipYou have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes, customer business, product and service offering and minimum three years of working experienceYou have good knowledge of IT tools (e.g., Salesforce, COL, SAP, OBI)You communicate and cooperate effectively with internal stakeholdersYou like to work in international teamsYou are fluent in English, other languages are considered an assetYou have a customer and solution-oriented mindsetYou are a team person who can take initiative and make decisionsYou show enthusiasm for renewal and changesThis is what we offer for youA meaningful job – We have an inspiring purpose ‘We create a future beyond fossils.
