As a Student Assistant, you’ll support security risk management, security awareness, travel risk, and business continuity, while having the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Nordics Security Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in protecting our people, assets, and information.The position is based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen close to the Central Station. • Support the Security Manager in Security Risk Management activities (planning, surveys and analysis) and update of security policies.
• Support Business Continuity Management lifecycle and activities, especially stakeholder engagement
• Support in Security Incidents analysis, investigations, reporting and KPIs monitoring
• Support in maintaining travel risks online platforms
• Facilitate Security T&A programme and deliveries
• Support with other Security-related administrative tasks and day-to-day deliveries
• Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGEExperience Required

• Currently completing a bachelor or master’s degree (preferably economics, risk management or security-related)
• You have a passion for Security and Resilience
• Can-do attitude and desire to constantly evolve and learn
• Project/timeline management skills
• You are able to be present at our Copenhagen office with possibility of some remote working

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

• You speak fluently English; Danish or one Scandinavian language is desirable
• You are structured and with strong communication skills
• You thrive with tasks that require strong attention to detail
• Have an ability to work independently and drive own projects and tasks
• Have very advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (desirable) skills
