As the QM System and Process Professional, you’ll be at the heart of our organization’s innovation and collaboration. Acting as a bridge between various departments, both within our headquarters and with our copackers and partners at Red Bull, your role becomes a vital interface to reduce our risk of quality issues.

In detail, you’ll coordinate initiatives within the Red Bull Quality Organization and other units (e. g. Procurement, Planning, Logistics, IT, Data…). You’ll also support projects to continuously improve our Copacker’s process and system performance e.g., by integrating key performance indicators, managing a transparent documentation, and executing tool trainings.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • To ensure excellent tools and systems for our quality organization, you’ll set up, document and drive department projects and act as a business representative in testing, releasing, and training of newly developed tools or systems.
  • COORDINATION
  • You’ll act as a central coordination point to identify and resolve potential constraints. You’ll communicate with all internal and external stakeholders complementing the existing peer to peer collaboration, coordinate different departments or experts and collect, rate, and challenge their inputs. By doing so, you’ll organize meetings, prepare presentations, and ensure transparency along the defined communication lines.
  • DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING
  • As part of this role, you’ll keep the copacker / partner handbooks up to date on a regular basis and share / train the updated versions with our copackers. Finally, you’ll work closely with the Red Bull departments to ensure optimum documentation of all copackers at all locations and escalate documentation issues as soon as possible.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • University degree in food technology, chemistry, packaging/material sciences or a similar field
  • Experience in a function of an internationally operating company in the beverage, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry. Good understanding of a supply chain/production network in the mentioned industries.
  • Experience in and passion for driving projects from ideation into a run phase
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish trusted partnerships
  • Analytical skills with passion for dealing with processes and data
  • Open minded and pragmatism to assess comprehensive processes
  • Very good knowledge in MS-Office, experience in quality management systems (e. g. ISO 22000)
  • English fluent, German is a plus
  • Travel 10-20%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.181,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
