Your role will be pivotal in supporting our incredible students, fostering an environment where they can excel academically, socially, and emotionally.Key Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with autism
• Collaborating with teachers to deliver individualized education plans
• Cultivating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
• Encouraging and facilitating social interactions and communication development
• Tracking and documenting student progress and achievements
• Offering emotional and behavioural support, tailored to each student’s needs
• Engaging in team meetings and contributing to our school’s innovative approach

Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs
• A vibrant, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanour
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to enhancing the well-being and development of students with autism
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
• Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undergo comprehensive training
