I am currently in need of x 3 Site Managers to manage 8 week summer education refurbishment & roofing projects in Surrey and Sussex starting in Mid-July 2024. The projects are classroom & hallway refurbishment & re decorating plus external roofing works to the schools.The Candidate – must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified and MUST have an Enhanced DBS / be able to pass an Enhanced DBS.My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidates by mid-July.If you are keen to get more details on the position please send me a copy of your CV toSetsquare is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.SM-03.07.2024_1719992707Surrey, England£220 – £260 per day
