If you are ready to make a difference and contribute to employee safety and well-being, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs a Health and Safety Service Developer at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:Review, analyze, and handle incoming requests related to the development of services.Communicate, collaborate, and maintain a network with stakeholders for effective collaboration.Design optimized and automatic services to improve user experience for portal users and backend efficiency for H&S resources as well as HR Business Partners and employees in general.Ensure alignment with content on our EHS, AskHR and SharePoint portals, contributing to a good self-service experience for users.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Experience in service development and optimization experience in one of our major IT systems (Cority, Enabler and/or ServiceNow) is an advantage.Good communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of IT systems and tools to support Health and Safety processes in general.Familiarity with content management systems.Ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders.About the departmentYou will be part of a team in Novo Nordisk Health & Safety, a unit in the global People & Organisation division. Our department is Novo Nordisk’s Centre of Excellence in the field of Health & Safety, with around 50 dedicated colleagues.
