- Handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments).
- This will be via phone, email and chat channels
- Assist customers with questions regarding payment, changes, cancellation or any other concerns.
Requirements:
- EU Passport or Right to work in Greece
- To speak Italian;
- Good level of English (B2)
- Any customer-facing role
- Good soft skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Passionate about customers
- Upbeat and positive
- Working model onsite
