Full DescriptionNewly created vacancy to work for a dynamic expanding global firm within the Financial Services / Private Equity sector.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Be responsible for setting, monitoring and driving quality standards globally to ensure that research is accurate, up to date and comprehensive.
Lead and inspire teams in their work to increase the quality and quantity of research and information gathered globally.
Develop, track and report on the key performance indicators used to track the continual improvement of research quality.
Manage all relationships with outsourced data providers employed by the firm in research work.
Develop and implement plans and strategies for improvements across research operations globally.
Regularly present data at events globally.
Play a full and active leadership role in the global research teamCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSRelevant leadership and management experience of a research team within the Financial Services sector.
Substantial work experience in a research environment for a complex organisation. Working knowledge of financial markets ideally within the private markets asset classes.Highly effective communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with a range of internal stakeholders.
Outstanding project management skills, able to translate plans into effective action and see projects through to successful conclusion.
Comfortable at engaging with senior stakeholders and managing others to increase efficiency
Excellent numeracy and Excel skills.
Desire to be part of a dynamic business with high growth expectations.
