We are looking for individuals with proven experience in:Project ManagementProduct Ideation & DevelopmentFunctional AnalysisYour Impact & Responsibilities:As an Associate, we trust you to work closely alongside both clients and other colleagues to deliver quality solutions, with responsibilities that include:Leading the provision of strategic, operational, and process adviceTaking full ownership of significant tasks within projects, driving continuous improvement in work processes and ensuring the highest quality of deliverablesSpearhead business development initiatives and identify new opportunities and fostering client relationshipsAs a Digital Business Analyst you will tackle your client’s operational challenges, including but not limited to:Gather, analyze, and document business processes to identify areas for improvementWork closely with stakeholders to understand business and technology strategiesDesign new business processes and define detailed product requirementsConduct feasibility studies to ensure proposed solutions are viable and achievableSet performance goals and metricsAssist in creating testing scenariosManage requirements traceability for thorough analysisDevelop and guide business and digital strategies for client engagementsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutionsAbout You:Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Strategy or Information TechnologyBetween 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a related fieldAffinity for Business & Data Analysis and Project ManagementStrong analytical skills and communication skillsAbility to work collaborativelyFluent in English, Dutch and/or FrenchAny other language skills come highly recommendedLife at PwC BelgiumOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
