Apply today for a life-changing career!The positionAs a UX Designer, you will be responsible for:Driving user experience and design end-to-end for our compliance solutions. This includes ensuring alignment with our digital compliance strategy, collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to stay on top of customer needs and develop innovative, conceptualising, detailed, and best-in-class designsDevelop and deliver coherent and consistent visual design elements and product experiences for end-usersWork with BECO to design and create training materials for the AI Compliance program and facilitate and conduct company-wide training sessions, including creating digital training videosDevelop and manage the company-wide communication plan on AI Compliance, including creation of the materialsMaintain intranet AI platform (SharePoint) as main medium of communication with relevant colleagues and local AI SpecialistsDrive strategic projects to strengthen AI compliance integration in the organisation and monitor Novo Nordisk’s compliance with the AI Act’s literacy requirements, including tracking training statistics company-wide.As part of your role, you will also coordinate communication initiatives & events (e.g. Q&A sessions, training sessions) to provide training and support to the organisation.Additionally, you are expected to strive to apply a risk-based, innovative, digitally forward, and creative approach to all projects, including training and communication initiatives, to maximize reach and make the best use of the available resources. This includes a high degree of empowerment to make day-to-day decisions.The job is located at our headquarters in Denmark, where you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have a relevant master’s degree with excellent results and +7 years of experience with similar tasks in a UX/UI Designer role. Other success criteria are:Preferably, experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design toolsExperience with developing corporate training materials, both written and video/audio presentations, and ideally, some experience with conducting training at a large organization, both in-person and via teamsExtensive communication skills and experience in building and rolling out a communication plan company-wide, and ability to create a visual identity across communication, guidance, and training materialKnowledge of digital regulations, including AI Act and GDPRTechnical understanding and proficiency in MS office and SharePointStrong Stakeholder Management skills, including building and maintaining strategic relations relevant to the project(s), to strengthen Novo Nordisk’s position within complianceOn a personal level, you demonstrate strong ownership of responsibilities and a proactive attitude, always thinking ahead and initiating the next steps independently. Energetic and effective in driving initiatives and tasks, you possess a strategic, analytical and result-oriented mindset. Additionally, you have a deep understanding of business and industry trends, applying them appropriately to projects, all while maintaining a compliance mindset.About the departmentThis position is anchored in the Digital Ethics and Compliance Operations team in the Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO) in Finance & Compliance (F&C).BECO develops and leads the implementation of Novo Nordisk’s global ethics & compliance strategy and programme, which focuses on the prevention of fraud, bribery, and off-label promotion.
