Job description
Zakres obowiązków:
- Implementing, developing and supporting processes, HR procedures and company policy;
- Contacting and maintaining positive relationships with regional and global HR teams as well as with customer groups;
- Ensuring effective communication between colleagues to build the commitment required to achieve goals related to HR processes, policies and procedures;
- Cooperation with all cluster delegation offices and the European regional office to ensure effective implementation of HR projects;
- Reducing the turnover in the company by ensuring the motivation and satisfaction of employees and maximizing resources;
- Advising on pay structures, job evaluation and promotions to ensure pay equality and updates;
Comparison of salary structures with various comparators in the industry; * Preparation of regular reports on HR activities;Monitoring recruitment, onboarding and training processes; * Ongoing contact with all suppliers (ERP, SAP, educational platform and Lumesse);
- Compliance with the rules of the GDPR.
Oczekiwania:
- University degree in Human Resources or related area is required
- 4 years relevant professional HR practice
- Experience of facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes
- Experience of handling confidential information
- Experience in preparing staff payroll and HRIS
- Fluently spoken and written English and Polish
- Knowledge of French, Spanish or Arabic would be an attitude
