  • Take charge of all legal activities within a dynamic and fast-paced sales organization.
  • Support IN Groupe by reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, handling corporate governance tasks, and managing commercial disputes.

What you’ll doAs a Legal Counsel, your role will entail providing comprehensive support to the IN Groupe organization across a range of legal responsibilities aimed at mitigating legal risks. This includes overseeing commercial contracts for three Danish companies and a branch in Norway and dealing with corporate governance matters for these entities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assume responsibility for all legal activities within a fast-paced sales organization.
  • Support teams based in Denmark and Norway.
  • Review and negotiate various commercial contracts with a focus on IT law.
  • Deal with commercial disputes resulting from contracts with clients.
  • Provide support to IN Groupe’s strategic business unit “Digital Services” as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees within the legal sphere.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, with a specific emphasis on the “Digital Decade Package”.

About you

  • You are meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring precision and accuracy in your work.
  • You possess critical thinking skills, enabling effective analysis of complex issues.
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset, proactively tackling challenges as they arise.
  • You excel in teamwork, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to achieve common objectives.
  • Your communication skills are excellent, allowing for clear and concise interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Danish law degree.
  • You boast significant experience working in a law firm or as an in-house counsel, spanning approximately 5-8 years.
  • Your proficiency in both written and verbal communication is excellent in Danish and English.
