Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestTo coordinate the flow of materials (from warehouse and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.As a Packaging Shop Operator Planning, you will be responsible for:
- Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
- Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
- Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
- Being responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance.
- Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
- Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget

- Have a technical degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have production, manufacturing areas experience.
- Have good written and communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to work independently.
- Have good problem-solving skills.
