  • Your role: As the Senior Marketing Planning and Operations Manager within Philips Personal Health (PH), you will enable the effective execution of our strategy, champion marketing innovation, and lift efficiencies within the Marketing Center of Excellence (MCoE). This involves teaming-up with various stakeholders across global and local teams to continuously improve global guidance based on regional requirements, as well as leading the marketing innovation (AI, machine learning, test & learn) agenda of the Marketing CoE.
  • The greater impact of this role: This role delivers value through increasing the effectiveness of the Philips PH marketing efforts, fostering marketing innovation, and enhancing operational efficiencies, leading to improved brand strength and category growth for the Philips PH businesses.
  • Detail elements of the team and stakeholders for this role: You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Regions, Businesses and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). From people, who execute our strategy in the Regions to their managers and global business as well as capability leaders.
  • What are the professional and personal opportunities for development within this role? This role offers opportunities for career growth through building an understanding and a broad global network relevant to planning and executing the Philips PH Strategic Plan effectively. Furthermore, you will be enabled to explore cutting-edge marketing strategies (test & learn) and technologies (AI, machine learning). You’re the right fit if:
1. Experience: Proven track record in global and/or regional (preferred) marketing and business roles.
2. Skills: Strong project management, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making skills.
3. Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
4. Anything else: Passion for driving change, Up to date knowledge of current AI trends and application to Marketing processes, Eagerness to stay on top of AI marketing industry trendsAbout Philips
