  • Average academic mark for undergraduate degree programmes to two decimal places (on a scale of 0 to 10 points): (max. 15 points)
  • Average academic mark for postgraduate degree programmes to two decimal places (on a scale of 0 to 10 points): (max. 5 points). Block 2. Other merits: max. 10 points
  • University lecturing (max. 1 point): 1 point for 60 hours of teaching (or pro-rata, where the number of hours is lower)
  • Research activity (max. 3 points)
  • Scientific publications in indexed journals: Q1 (2.5 points per article), Q2 (1.5 points per article), Q3 (0.5 points per article), Q4 (0.25 points per article). The committee may award an additional 0.5 points for particularly relevant articles, such as those published in D1 journals in the specific area
  • Scientific publications in non-indexed journals: 0.1 points per article
  • Conference papers/posters: 0.5 per paper / 0.25 per poster
  • Stays at other university research centres (max. 0.5 points): 0.5 points per stay lasting 3 months or longer / 0.15 points for stays under 3 months
  • Training courses (max. 1 point): 0.2 points for every 10 hours (or pro-rata, where the number of hours is lower)
  • Awards and languages (max. 1.5 points):
  • Awards: max. 1 point
  • Languages (max. 0.5 points): 0.5 points for every B2-level certificate or higher
  • Professional experience (max. 0.5 points): professional experience including non-university teaching, 0.2 points per year (or pro-rata, where the number of months worked is lower)
  • Other merits (max. 2.5 points):
  • Participation in scientific outreach activities: max. 0.5 points per activity
  • Published articles on teaching quality innovation and improvement: 0.1 points per article

ii. The management team for the relevant department.
iii. The members of the Research Area Assessment Committee (CARAI). iv. Three experts in the field pertaining to recruitment, where appropriate, appointed by the chair of the committee, having heard from the management team of the department.
v.
