Or do you already have your first work experience behind you? Are you looking for a challenging job as a consultant? Then our traineeship .NET development program in September 2024 is something for you! Ordina has a traineeship for starters. By recruiting new people and training them ourselves, we can better meet our clients’ needs and respond to knowledge areas that are scarce.You will go through an intensive training program at our headquarters in Diegem and will receive personal coaching. Within this track, you get the chance to translate your training skills into practice. You will be prepared for your first assignment as a consultant.We pay attention to your technical development to deepen your expertise within C#, Entity Framework Core, API design, Angular, Git and Version control. We also focus on the cloud with Docker and Kubernetes, among others. Being aware of best practices around security, clean code and the characteristics of a cloud-native application is in our gene. You will come into contact with methodologies such as DevOps, agile and scrum. Of course, we also spend time developing your soft skills such as communicating, advising and collaborating.Experienced consultants provide training. You can count on a technical mentor to support you in the further development of your career. Your development path is unique and tailored to your talents and ambitions.

• You are graduating soon with a bachelor/master in IT or you already have a first work experience
• You are passionate about software development
• You have a basic knowledge of development within .NET, JavaScript, and Angular
• You have an inquisitive mindset and like a challenge
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English
• You can work carefully, independently, solution- and result-oriented in a team
• You are customer and service oriented
