We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversees technical projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that technical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required level of technical quality. The ideal candidate will communicate with stakeholders, manage technical resources, and identify and mitigate technical project risks and issues.We expect you to:

  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with technical teams and key stakeholders
  • Coordinating and managing technical resources to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
  • Monitoring project progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure that project goals are met
  • Communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and any changes that may impact project delivery
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards according to Novo Nordisk standards and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans as needed
  • Evaluating project outcomes and identifying areas for project improvement

Candidate profile

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the OT or IT domain. Knowledge of the security domain is a plus
  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across countries and teams
  • Experience in technical project management software and tools
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • PM certification is a plus
