Treść ofertyFor our client – one of the top airline companies, we are looking for candidates that would like to join the international team and use their knowledge of languages as a Customer Care Specialist!Main responsibilities:
- general support of customers through the phone;
- answering customers’ queries and providing information regarding e.g. rebooking, ticketing;
- working with reservation system;
- collaborating with e-commerce team;
On-site work from the office in Wrocław.Requirements:
- fluency in English;
- knowledge of Italian on minimum B2/C1 level;
- strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- customer-oriented approach;
