Join a global team dedicated to creating innovative pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products that enhance healthier living.The FunctionAs an experienced Senior Project Manager, you will join the Fertin Pharma Project Management Office (PMO) consisting of approximately 30 skilled Project Management colleagues in 4 teams. Specifically, you will use your exceptional skills in agile project management to lead, develop, structure, and expand our portfolio of science-driven R&D cannabinoids projects. The ideal candidate has experience from a scientific life science or biotech environment or related industry, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Working with R&D projects, it is crucial that you can navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, excel in managing ambiguity, create structure in a dynamic environment, and be the support everyone leans on in the projects.With a positive mindset, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, regulatory, analytical development, QA, and other functions, to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects of various complexity.
• Develop, maintain, and align project plans, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders throughout the organization and to external stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and proactive problem-solving.
• Strengthen agile project management competences across Fertin Pharma PMO.

The Candidate:For this important and influential role, the company seeks to fill the position with a candidate that , and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management.Specifically, you are experienced in agile project management with a demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams in agile practices, frameworks, and tools, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.You manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively, inspiring and leading teams to achieve excellence. You possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both Danish and English.Ideally the candidate profile includes:

• Proven track record of delivering results that contribute to the organization’s overall performance using Agile Project Management and/or Scrum.
• You have a commercial mindset with a good business acumen.
• You communicate effectively and influence people at all levels.
• You are highly motivated with a result orientated and positive attitude.
• You thrive in an ambitious and international environment.

Primary workplace is at our HQ in Vejle. Hybrid work is possible with a minimum of 3 working days per week on-site.
