Robert Half is currently looking for a Communication Project Manager for an assignment of 3 months to start by mid-August, begin of September.Our client is human-sized communication agency located in Saint-Gilles.The main responsibilities for this job include:

• Take ownership of project schedules and deadlines, keeping everyone on schedule, and communicating with the team to track time accurately and consistently.
• Manage more than one project at a time, ranging in complexity.
• Lead and track studio workflow, project planning, timelines, and project budget oversight, and maintain alignment with the team and clients.
• Balance client advocacy with the company’s needs
• Specialize in managing all process steps and looking for ways to improve them.
• Anticipate problematic situations and provide the Managing Director and Creative Leadership with actionable information.
• Understand the client’s needs and convey them to the creative team in collaboration with the Partners.
• Participate in the business development effort and proactively look for opportunities for organic growth with clients. Build proposals, negotiate contracts and close agreements.
• Help the creative team to coordinate project needs.
• Be responsible and manage the financial health and profitability of the projects

The requested qualifications for this job are:

• You speak Dutch / English / French.
• You have a first real experience in a similar position and project coordination, ideally in a communication agency.
• You show strong organisational and communicational skills
• You can autonomously follow and structure a project from A to Z;
• You are client oriented.
