The Company

We have been established for over 30years and currently have 3 offices across the South East but also form part of a large international business who employ over 1000 employees. We are a manufacturer of air conditioning and ventilation systems and have become a trust distributor to many businesses across the world.

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant in our Leatherhead branch.

* Assist in daily bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
* Working on Sage
* Monitor bank accounts for incoming and outgoing payments.
* Sales and purchase ledger
* Identify and investigate any discrepancies in bank transactions.
* Dealing with stock control and ordering new stock
* Receive and review contractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Code invoices appropriately and seek necessary approvals.
* Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain a record of payments.
* Assist in the preparation and filing of VAT returns.
* Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and guidelines.
* Maintain records of VAT transactions and documentation.
* Organise and maintain accounting records, invoices, and receipts.
