This is a 12-month contract position.The RoleIn this varied and important role, you will support around 1000 users across multiple sites in Spain. You will provide 2nd line desktop support and also take part in interesting project work. Our client uses modern Microsoft technology, including Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory. The Support Engineer will work full-time just outside Barcelona.The CompanyYou will join a company that has been successful for many years and is still growing. They work with over 1,000 businesses across Europe, in various industries.What do I need?Experience in 1st & 2nd line IT supportExperience with Microsoft operating systems, ideally Windows 10Experience with Active Directory – creating new users, managing accounts, etc., and ideally Office 365Basic understanding of networking, ideally including VPNsThese skills are important, but finding the right person is more important!
