In this role you will have the opportunity to make an impact in advising on accounting related matters and participate in projects in an international environment. Working in a team of finance professionals in the Netherlands and reporting directly to the Regional Financial Controller you will be playing a key role in keeping the lights on at Irdeto.Your mission at Irdeto:Close collaboration with internal departments and external parties to exchange information.Managing new customer onboarding process and maintaining customer master data.Analyze and understand contracts and pricing to ensure correct billing and revenue recognition.Accurate and complete billing of customers in your portfolio.Process non-reimbursements and manage the credit card process for EMEA and AMER regions.Reconciliation of bank accounts.Be responsible for the day-to-day operations and month-end close processes, including preparation/review of journals, fixed assets. accounting, reconciliations, balance sheet and P&L variance analysis, monthly financial reporting, local tax and regulatory compliance, etc.Manage accounting transactions and systems solutions to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.Collaborate on development and implementation of robust accounting controls and processes to mitigate risk ensuring compliance with local accounting standards.Build strong cross-functional relationships across departments to support company initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws and regulations.Adhoc projects.How you can add value to the team?Bachelor degree in accounting or finance;Proven experience in GL accounting role;Problem solving skills with hands on mentality;Capable of working independently and in a team;Detailed and deadline oriented, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks;Able to read/write/speak English with full professional proficiency; German is a big plus.Ability to engage with and advise internal and external stakeholders across different levels of the organization;Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems e.g. Oracle;Experience with Rydoo is a plus;What you can expect from us:Our people and culture are the heart of our business, and our values of Trust, Accountability, Agility and Innovation inform what we do, and how we work.
